I love the staff and therapists. My psychiatrist osnt very helpful but my therapist absolutely is. He is the only one in years that im comfortable talking to and enjoy seeing. Also, I don't know what everyone else is talking sbout but the receptionists are very nice when I see them.
I called inquiring about a psychiatrist and she talked down to me the entire time and very rudely "corrected" me when I accidentally slipped and said "therapist", and told me all about how different they are and I should know what I'm asking for.
For someone who has a hard time sometimes even simply making a phone call and I'm just trying to find help for my severe depression and anxiety, there is nothing worse than being talked down to and feeling almost mocked the entire time that I'm just trying to find a psychiatrist.
Maybe you should consider getting a new receptionist.
