This theater is beautiful, comfortable, and offers a fantastic variety of films. When I visited, the staff was pleasant, the facilities were clean and modern, and the film we saw was fantastic. I will absolutely visit again.
Non-profit theater that shows a great variety of films. Facilities are new and nice. Theaters are small which makes for an intimate showing, but you'll need to get there early if you want a good seat. Prices are fair, and you'll have an opportunity to 'donate' on top of your ticket purchase if you'd like to support the theater further. Integrated well in to the community.

What an awesome add to Sewickley. Reminds me of the small cinema when I was a kid in small hometown. Super friendly service, locally run, great facility, super clean and the location is perfect. I love that they show new release big budget shows plus the smaller stuff. Just a great space that is well run. Love that before each show an employee stands up in front and introduces the film and says they will stay long enough to make sure the sound and video is working. Also no BS commercials before hand that make the movie run 25 minutes longer. As a non profit you can tell it is well run with the customer in mind all around. Just a few of the normal previews and boom movie starts. A much appreciated throwback to the good old days.
I have been to a handful of movies here. The employees introduce the movie every time. They walk to the front of the theater and say something along the lines of, "Welcome to the Tull Family Theater tonight you will be watching __________. I will stay for the start of the movie to make sure that the audio and visuals are satisfactory. If you need anything after I leave the room I Wil be in the lobby to assist you. Thanks and enjoy the show." You won't get that anywhere else.
I wish The Tull offered season tickets! I have lost count of how many films I've seen here so far, but I have no complaints. I adore the personal touch, and how the guests are welcomed, and the movies are introduced. I don't miss the noisy commercials before the films begin. (There are trailers, but no other promotions.) It is wonderful to have first-release movies, Indy films, and the classics. So grateful to have a top-quality theater in walking distance of my home!
